Rest In Peace

Our sweet little rat named Baby passed away this morning. She has been suffering for a little while with a large tumor. Its the second tumor she suffered with. The vet was able to give us medicine that took the first tumor away about six months ago.

We have had Baby for about a year. We found her at the park last summer. She had been attacked by a cat and had a huge cut on her back. She ran right over to Brandon when he bent down to pick her up. She was very thin and didn't look like she was in very good shape. The vet cleaned her up and told us she should be ok. She fattened right up after some large meals. She has been a lot of fun! She even went to St. George with us last Fall.

We loved Baby Rat so much. She had such a cute and sweet personality. She acted like a family dog. She would come to the cage door when we called her. She loved being pet behind her ears.
We will miss her, but we know she is in a better place.
